COVID-19 In Studio Productions

Due to the COVID-19 outbreak we have implemented safety precautions to ensure the safety of both our clients and employees.

Big Bambi continues to provide services for Commercial Clients and has put forth the following safety precautions to reduce the risk of COVID-19

A reduction of the number of sessions each day to just one client in order to limit the flow in and out of the studio.
We recommend coming to your shoot alone unless you are a parent accompanying a minor to the session.
All surfaces within the studio are sanitized after each session and prior to entry of our new clientele.
All studio staff members will wear a mask and maintain a 6 feet (2 metre) distance from clientele. While being photographed our clientele will remove their mask, while all other members present will continue to wear a mask.
Hand sanitizer has been added to studio space. We ask that all clients visiting the studio sanitize and/or wash their hands upon arrival.
Clients and staff members must complete the approved Government of Ontario Covid-19 screening prior to attending their session, and submit my response to Clara Luna Creative.
We have removed all fees associated with session rescheduling.
To decrease in-person contact, where client presence may not be necessary (ie: product photography) we have the option to set-up virtual platforms for collaboration and interaction between client and photographers during the photoshoot session.

Big Bambi Productions has put in place safety precautions into effect in order to help diminish the spread of COVID-19. These are designed to safeguard our staff and clientele during our sessions. By scheduling with us, you agree to the following terms:

I voluntarily agree to respect all safety precautions put in place to decrease the spread of COVID-19 in studio.

I voluntarily agree to take on all risks associated with partaking in a photo session and/or video session with respect to exposure to COVID-19.
